Occupancy: Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property; gatherings or events are strictly prohibited. Pets: We are a pet-friendly 30A rental for pre-approved pets only. Please ensure your pet is included in your reservation and the pet fee is settled prior to arrival. Care of Home: Please treat our home with respect. Indoor linens are not for beach use, and furniture should not be moved. Parking: Parking is limited to designated spaces in the driveway (max 4 vehicles).
